Hours are: M thru F 6 am to 5 pm Central time Sat and Sun coverage varies due to schedules.
During heavy demand volumes, it may take 48 to 72 hours for a reply. We will make every effort to get back to you ASAP.
Please only send one ticket per request. Multiple tickets will simply slow down the process time. If you have not been responded to within 72hrs, you can send a follow-up comment on your ticket as a reminder.
